Lockout Tagout Periodic Inspections & Validation

OSHA requires Periodic Inspections of Lockout Tagout Procedures and the Authorized Persons who use them at least annually.  Martin Technical’s Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Periodic Inspection Program helps meet safety and compliance needs with the following process:

1. Inspection and Documentation of existing Lockout Procedures against OSHA 1910.147.
2. Review of Lockout Tagout Procedures for efficacy of bringing the equipment to a zero energy status
3. Update lockout tagout procedure with any errors.
4. Replace or add missing isolation point tags
5. Inspection and Documentation of Authorized Employees performing Lockout Tagout.
6. Documentation of Lockout Tagout Program Concerns.
