HopeKids provides ongoing events, activities, and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. HopeKids surrounds these remarkable children and their families with the message that hope is a powerful medicine.
“Martin Technical became involved with HopeKids when Martin Technical’s CEO, Jim Schuster, participated in HopeKids’ annual golf tournament in 2022. After hearing more about the organization and its mission and values, Jim felt that HopeKids’ values aligned directly with the culture and values of Martin Technical”, says Ava Schuster, liaison between HopeKids and Martin Technical.
Ava works directly with a member of staff at HopeKids to coordinate events with the organization as well as promote the sponsorship of HopeKids internally.
When Ava was asked about the relationship between HopeKids and Martin Technical she stated, “The values that the two organizations share made the union between them easy.
